Where do you save my personal information?

At Emmetros Limited, we take your privacy very seriously.

When you register for a MemorySparx One account, you will be asked to provide an email address and password. This password is not known to anyone else but you, and should not be shared with others.

Your MemorySparx One account will remain active on your iPad unless you close the app. If you choose to “Sign out” from the app menu, you will have to re-enter your password the next time you open MemorySparx One.

Your MemorySparx content is saved directly on your iPad and is backed up at regular intervals to Emmetros Limited’s servers. This allows you to sign in to your MemorySparx account on other iPads, and creates a backup that can be restored if you ever accidentally remove the app or lose your iPad.

The personal information you add to MemorySparx One is yours, and we will not share it with or sell it to third parties. We cannot access your content unless given permission, and even in that case, any sensitive pieces of data (such as medication records) are blocked from our view. We may occasionally perform analysis of the data on our servers, but this data will be anonymized with no direct correlation to any of our customers.

Our products use the latest security standards and technologies to ensure that your data remains safe. These technologies include, but are not limited to: encryption within MemorySparx One’s database, SSL encryption when transmitting data to our servers, encryption at rest within Emmetros Limited’s databases, OAuth 2.0 token-based security, firewalls, and encrypted server storage. All encryption is performed using industry standard AES-256 bit encryption.
