How do I change or cancel my subscription?

How do I change my subscription plan? 

  1. In the MemorySparx One app, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page. 
  2. Click My account.   
  3. In the My plan section, click the Switch plan button which will take you to iTunes where you can switch your plan.

Note: If you would like to switch from a monthly or annual subscription to the one-time Lifetime Plan fee, contact us at support@memorysparx.com.   

 

How do I cancel my subscription to MemorySparx One?  

  1. In the MemorySparx One app, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page, and go to My account.   

  1. Under the My plan section, click the Cancel plan button. You will be asked your reason for cancelling, and then the app will take you to iTunes where you can cancel your plan.    

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to MemorySparx One and your content until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually) for your plan. As per Apple's policy, there is no partial refund if you cancel your subscription within a billing cycle.
